The Sigma Home (2007). He led award-winning projects AIMC4 and AIMCH, focusing on low-energy fabric, MMC, advanced manufacturing, and standardisation. Stewart is a former UKTFA chairman and active member of government and industry working groups on offsite construction and NZC.
