Formerly MD of Innovare Systems and Chair of the UK SIPs Association, he also led SIG Plc’s BIM Project. Andrew has contributed to think tanks with NHBC, BuildOffsite, BRE, and others, exploring innovative materials and digital processes in construction.

She led Architype Scotland’s growth from 3 to 30 staff. Recognised with AJ’s 40 under 40 (2020) and Sustainability Champion (2023), she is a research-led practitioner, Coaction CIC trainer, university external examiner, and Environmental Unit Convenor at the University of Bath since 2013.

At Barratt, he leads innovation assessment and rollout, focusing on offsite construction and zero carbon solutions. Oliver has introduced a New Production Introduction process and advised Central Government and HBF on developing successful zero carbon roadmaps, helping to shape sustainable construction practices across the industry.

She moved to Sheffield in 2016 to study Architectural Technology and quickly fell in love with the city. Passionate about architecture, she is especially fascinated by how materials interact in construction.

Since joining HLM in 2021, Sofia has played a key role in developing standardisation strategies, including a digital kit of parts for the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. Her expertise spans offsite products, housing supply chains, and DfMA processes. She excels in data analysis and visual communication, supporting evidence-based decisions in early project stages.

Now semi-retired, Stewart wants to help the timber frame industry, whilst playing a little more golf.
